Frequently asked questions about the trips available on Pollen
Once you pay your deposit, the remaining balance will be distributed evenly across monthly payments. Your final payment will be 60 days before departure. Your payment plan start date can vary depending on your deposit date. Please check your payment plan summary when you pay for your trip.
In addition to hand-picked accommodation (some with breakfast included), you'll have access to incredible clubs, unique experiences and VIP lounges (for pollen members) and much more.
Flights, and other transport (i.e. transfers) are not included. You are responsible for your own travel arrangements.
VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and most popular card providers. You also have the option to only pay a small deposit now and the rest later.

1. Deposit
A. A deposit is paid on the date of purchase
2. Second payment
A. If you paid your deposit on or before the 20th of the month, your second payment will be charged on the last day of the month.
B. If you paid your deposit after the 20th of the month, your second payment will be charged 30 days later.
3. Remaining balance
A. Pay the balance in even monthly instalments up until 60 days before the trip start date.

Yes! Travel insurance is a requirement under our Booking Conditions. As well as providing financial protection in case things go wrong during your trip, travel insurance will also mean that you have cancellation cover if you can’t go for certain reasons. Travel insurance policies can be very complex so we’d recommend that you do your research and carefully read policy documents to determine what is/isn’t included.
