Once you pay your deposit, the remaining balance will be distributed evenly across monthly payments. Your final payment will be 60 days before departure. Your payment plan start date can vary depending on your deposit date. Please check your payment plan summary when you pay for your trip.

Complimentary shuttles will be provided from the hotel to all concerts and parties during the trip only. Return transportation from events is included. Flights and airport transportation is not included.

Yes! Travel insurance is a requirement under our Booking Conditions. As well as providing financial protection in case things go wrong during your trip, travel insurance will also mean that you have cancellation cover if you can’t go for certain reasons.
