Every traveler that books a group experience through Pollen becomes a Pollen Member – getting automatic access to easy group booking, flexible payment plans, and affordable reservation deposits. However, if you want to take your experience to the next level, create a group of your own, start inviting friends, and earn points towards exclusive Pollen Rewards – even free trips, VIP upgrades, and private group events.
Your reservation is complete once everyone from your group has placed their deposit. Lock in your group reservation by making sure ONE PERSON pays the group deposit IMMEDIATELY after booking. (In most cases, within 10 MINUTES of booking.) The rest of the group will need to finish placing all their deposits within 24 hours, and the lead booker will receive an email when all parties have paid. Tip: Before you book an experience on Pollen, it’s easiest to have your group preselected so you’re ready to go at checkout. Once trips go live, you only need one person to put down the group deposit. However, you can’t book your reservation until every traveler has accepted their invite and been added to the group.
Due to the high volume of bookings for each trip, we consider incomplete groups as incomplete bookings and these bookings are automatically canceled within 24 hours of inactivity. To ensure your reservation doesn’t get canceled, group members should be locked in before checkout and the person leading the booking process should pay the trip deposit within the required time frame (usually within 10 minutes of booking). The rest of the group then has a small window to pay each of their deposits – in most cases this window is 24 hours.
Yes, of course! Most groups customize their experiences with add ons. We will be in touch when these go on sale.
We announce trip sales on social media and email usually a week or two before the event goes live. In most instances, Pollen Experiences sell out in a matter of hours (sometimes minutes!). Become a Pollen Member to get updates on when trips go live, and get exclusive access to Members-only presale promotions.
We accept most major credit providers, including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX. With our flexible payment plans, you can secure your group reservation with a small deposit and pay the rest monthly.
Once you pay your deposit the remaining balance will be distributed evenly across monthly payments. Your final payment will be 60 days before departure. Your payment plan start date can vary depending on your deposit date. Please check your payment plan summary when you pay for your trip.
Once reservations are confirmed with a group deposit, we are unable to make further changes to packages such as adding more travelers, changing hotels, or canceling add-ons. Please review the details of your booking carefully with your group before checkout to ensure information is accurate and agreed upon. For questions of concerns related to booking changes, please contact support.us@pollen.co.
Yes, unfortunately the rest of the group has to pay for the additional charge of a roommate that dropped out of the booking. If you have a friend that is planning on dropping out of your group, have that friend contact his or her Membership Manager for notice, or reach our support team by emailing support.us@pollen.co.
Transportation is not included in this package.
In addition to a three-night hotel stay, this trip includes access to the parties and concerts with live performances.
Everyone who bought travel experiences on Pollen will receive direct email communications from the brand hosting the trips regarding the status and next steps should something get postponed.

Yes! Insurance is required to attend all our trips. As well as providing financial protection in case things go wrong during your trip, travel insurance will also mean that you have cancellation cover if you can’t go for certain reasons. We recommend purchasing at the time of booking or through our referral link with Travel Insured International (you may also purchase insurance from other providers and provide this evidence to us). Travel insurance policies can be very complex, so we’d recommend that you do your research and carefully read policy documents to determine what is / isn’t included.

Yes! After you complete your booking, you will be emailed a link to purchase travel insurance through our insurance provider, Travel Insured International.
If you choose to cancel your trip, please refer to Section 8 of the Trippr Booking Conditions for the terms that will apply. If Trippr has to cancel your trip due to COVID-19 related government restrictions, we will reschedule and you will be rebooked automatically onto the revised travel dates.
