That’s why we’re taking over Budapest – a city renowned for its scenery, sun and culture – for 3 days and nights of headline acts at the biggest venues, a boozy brunch, a boat party and much, much more as we get the place rocking like never before.

In addition to hand-picked accommodation (some with breakfast included), you'll have access to incredible clubs, unique experiences and VIP lounges (for pollen members) and much more. 

Flights, and other transport (i.e. transfers) are not included. You are responsible for your own travel arrangements.

No. All tickets sold for a trip available on Pollen may not be sold or transferred to another person.

What happens if the trip is canceled due to COVID-19?

Yes! Travel insurance is a requirement under our Booking Conditions. As well as providing financial protection in case things go wrong during your trip, travel insurance will also mean that you have cancellation cover if you can’t go for certain reasons. Travel insurance policies can be very complex so we’d recommend that you do your research and carefully read policy documents to determine what is/isn’t included.

Should I get travel insurance?

Your deposit secures your spot on the trips with high demand. Deposits are non-refundable.

Is my deposit refundable?

Once a booking is confirmed we are unable to make any further changes, such as adding more travellers to your trip, and/or changing the accommodation. Please review the details of your booking carefully before proceeding to make a payment, as we make this information visible at the final stage of our checkout process.

You’re still able to update the basic details of your booking, including card payment information. You can do this by logging into your account via event.pollen.co

Can I make changes to my booking?

Once you pay your deposit the remaining balance will be distributed evenly across monthly payments. Your final payment will be 30 days before departure. Your payment plan start date can vary depending on your deposit date. Please check your payment plan summary when you pay for your trip
