Welcome drinks followed by a huge ‘North East Takeover’ opening party with Ben Hemsley, Sorley, Lee Walker, Meg Ward + Residents.
Friday 3rd December
An afternoon of coffee shop takeovers with soundtracks from your resident DJ’s - followed by a huge Friday night rave with some very special DnB guests! (TBA)
Saturday 4th December
Belter boat parties in the afternoon with some serious talent on the decks (TBA) - followed on the night by the mother of all closing parties with Darius Syrossian, Secondcity and special guests (TBA).
Sunday 5th December
The Sunday send-off - join us for a disco brunch to remember. Relax, re-fuel & reflect on your weekend highlights with the squad.

Yes! Travel insurance is a requirement under our Booking Conditions. As well as providing financial protection in case things go wrong during your trip, travel insurance will also mean that you have cancellation cover if you can’t go for certain reasons. Travel insurance policies can be very complex so we’d recommend that you do your research and carefully read policy documents to determine what is/isn’t included.
Your deposit secures your spot on the trips with high demand. Deposits are non-refundable.
Once a booking is confirmed we are unable to make any further changes, such as adding more travellers to your trip, and/or changing the accommodation. Please review the details of your booking carefully before proceeding to make a payment, as we make this information visible at the final stage of our checkout process.
You’re still able to update the basic details of your booking, including card payment information. You can do this by logging into your account via event.pollen.co
Once you pay your deposit the remaining balance will be distributed evenly across monthly payments. Your final payment will be 60 days before departure. Your payment plan start date can vary depending on your deposit date. Please check your payment plan summary when you pay for your trip
