Can I pay in installments?
Yes! Pay a low £20 deposit now and pay nothing for the next month. The remaining balance will then be split evenly across the remaining months until your trip with the last payment taken 60 days before you fly!
In addition to hand-picked accommodation (some with breakfast included), you'll have access to incredible clubs, unique experiences and VIP lounges (for pollen members) and much more.
Flights, and other transport (i.e. transfers) are not included. You are responsible for your own travel arrangements.
What payment methods can I use?
VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and most popular card providers. You also have the option to only pay a small deposit now and the rest later.
Please note that you will NEVER be asked to make a bank transfer – payment is always only by card. If someone asks you to make a bank transfer, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.

What happens if this trip is cancelled due to COVID-19?
If material suppliers such as flights, hotels or restaurants and bars are not able to operate due to COVID-19 related government restrictions, such as lockdowns or no large gatherings, we will postpone the event. This also includes if a headline artist for a hosted curated trip is forced to cancel due to COVID-19. If you are unable to attend the postponed event, you will receive a 100% refund.
Should I get travel insurance?
Yes! We always recommend travellers take out travel insurance before any trip. As well as providing financial protection in case things go wrong during your trip, travel insurance will also mean that you have cancellation cover if you can’t go for certain reasons. Travel insurance policies can be very complex, so we’d recommend that you do your research and carefully read policy documents to determine what is / isn’t included.
Can I resell my ticket?
No. All tickets sold for a trip available on Pollen may not be sold or transferred to another person.

Is my deposit refundable?
Your deposit secures your spot on the trips with high demand. Deposits are non-refundable.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Once a booking is confirmed we are unable to make any further changes, such as adding more travellers to your trip, and/or changing the accommodation. Please review the details of your booking carefully before proceeding to make a payment, as we make this information visible at the final stage of our checkout process.
