If Pollen has to cancel your trip due to COVID-19 related government restrictions, we will reschedule and you will be rebooked automatically onto the revised travel dates. If you prefer a refund, we will provide you with a 100% refund.
*Please note: Travelers are required to purchase travel insurance, either from us, or a third party. If you purchase insurance from Pollen, you will be able to cancel your trip under CFAR, or under Cancelation Refund Extension.*
