Yes! If you choose, you can pay an initial $25 deposit and then split the cost of the trip over easy, monthly installments with the last payment taken 60 days before you fly!

We accept most major credit card providers, including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX. You can pay everything upfront or opt into our monthly payment plan, which lets you hold your spot with a $25 deposit and then split the cost of the trip over monthly installments.
Once a booking is confirmed we are unable to make any further changes, such as adding more travellers to your trip, and/or changing the accommodation. Please review the details of your booking carefully before proceeding to make a payment, as we make this information visible at the final stage of our checkout process.
You’re still able to update the basic details of your booking, including card payment information. You can do this by logging into your account via event.pollen.co

All orders are non-refundable unless the trip is canceled or postponed by Pollen due to government restrictions around COVID-19. However, all travelers are required to purchase trip insurance. This will give you a 75% refund in the event that you cancel for a non-Covid-related reason. Please note: Residents outside of New York state can purchase cancel-for-any-reason insurance through Pollen. More information available within the check out flow or in our FAQs
