The experience is canceled by Pollen.
The experience is rescheduled to a later date which you don’t wish to attend.
You test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of the experience start date.
There is a quarantine rule in effect 6 weeks prior to departure and you don’t wish to travel.
If you have COVID-19 related symptoms or test positive during the experience, Pollen will help facilitate private accommodation for up to 14 days, while you quarantine.

Temperature checks upon entry, mask wearing in public spaces and hand sanitizing stations are all expected.
Hotels will provide exact details prior to check-in.

You are required to purchase travel insurance in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions as follows: plan should cover a minimum of Trip Cancellation or Interruption, Cancel for Any Reason, Medical Expense, Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, and Baggage.
We offer travel insurance (which meets our coverage requirements) through a travel protection plan from Travel Insured International (TII), our partner travel insurance provider.
If you purchase cancel for any reason (CFAR) travel protection from TII, you may be reimbursed up to 75% of your non-refundable trip costs should you cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure date.
