Once you pay your deposit the remaining balance will be distributed evenly across monthly payments. Your final payment will be 60 days before departure. Your payment plan start date can vary depending on your deposit date. Please check your payment plan summary when you pay for your trip.
In addition to hand-picked accommodation (some with breakfast included), you'll have access to incredible clubs, unique experiences and much more.
Flights, and other transport (i.e. transfers) are not included. You are responsible for your own travel arrangements.

As well as providing financial protection in case things go wrong during your trip, travel insurance will also mean that you have cancellation cover if you can’t go for certain reasons. Once a booking is confirmed we are unable to make any further changes, such as adding more travellers to your trip, and/or changing the type of accommodation you have chosen. The festival will be split across two sites on alternate days, with each site containing three stages for you to explore. We’ll announce more details, including day splits and set times, in the lead up to the festival.
Events will start each day at 4pm and run through until 4am.
One festival wristband will give you access to both venues across the four days.
Boat parties are an optional extra that you can choose to add on to your package if you wish to do so. These will be an additional cost and available at a later date. We’ll be releasing more information on these, and how to book them, very soon.
Yes, if you wish to arrive early or extend your stay after the days of the festival, please reach out to the hotel you’re booked with and check their availability on the days either side of the festival.
Yes, a very limited number of party passes are available. This will give you access to all the events over the four days (excluding boat parties).

These are all a short travel distance from Gianpula and UNO, where the festival will take palace.

Events start on Thursday 15th and finish on the evening on Sunday 18th - you’ll want to organise flights to arrive on the 15th (as this is the day you can check into your accommodation) and fly home on Monday 19th. There are no events on this day.
